Melinda Zalesky

Melinda grew up on a Quarter Horse farm in Mississippi and competed across the United States for many years. She later trained and rode at a ranch in Argentina, then began concentrating on riding hunt seat while living in Mexico City. Upon returning to the US, she began training ponies and teaching riding lessons at the family's farm in Kingsport, TN. Melinda and her family later moved to Chardon, OH where they lived until the farm was relocated to the beautiful Charleston, SC area where they currently reside. 

Karista Hurley

Karista has been riding and showing up and down the east coast for over 20 years, including showing with the Sweet Briar IHSA team. She showed on the A circuit, IEA, and NCEL, winning the NCEL Finale her last junior year. She coached IEA, NCEL, and led many Quicksilver students to year end championships. Karista teaches our show leasers and trains our young horses/ponies from the ground up.

Lindsey Northrop

Lindsey has been riding and showing for over 10 years. She teaches members of our show team, beginner riders, and helps to train our young horses/ponies. She excels at young pony development and also assists with our breeding program. She helps to manage the day to day operations of the farm, as well as the care and nutrition of all of our horses and ponies. She is also instrumental in building the show record on some of our young horses and ponies.
